From airport: Follow signs for city centre (A96). At 7th roundabout (causeway end) take 4th exit onto Hutcheon Street, then 1st left onto George Street. Take 1st right onto Maberly Street and next right onto Ann Street.

From A90 South: Follow signs for Aberdeen (A90) through city. At 6th roundabout take 3rd exit onto Kings Gate. At 1st roundabout take 2nd exit, then 1st left onto Ann Street.

Note: Ann Street is a one way street only accessible from Maberly Street.
